We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for children in our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Mentor and support children in addressing their challenges and celebrating their achievements.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to inform learning plans and share progress with parents and guardians.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 6 degree qualification in Early Years Education (EYTS, EYPS, QTS, PGCE, BA, or BSc).
- Proven experience in leading a team and working within the Early Years sector.
