Key Responsibilities:
  • Support families in accessing external services and advocating for their child's education.
  • Attend meetings with the attendance and inclusion team to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track student attendance and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or a related field (desirable).
  • A caring and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting the well-being of young people.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance relating to attendance and welfare.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive working environment and opportunities for professional development.
