As a key member of our Large Loss Team, you will be responsible for handling significant Commercial Property claims, often exceeding £500K in value. Your expertise will be essential in providing proactive claims management from initial notification through to settlement, while maintaining exceptional customer service, accurate estimating, and stringent control of indemnity spend. In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to £60,000, an annual company and performance-based bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to five additional days. This is a hybrid working opportunity, where you will attend the office 2 days per week and work from home the remaining 3 days. As a Senior Claims Technician, you will be at the forefront of managing complex claims, ensuring that each case is handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
