They will be responsible for identifying part numbers for quotations, obtaining quotations from suppliers, uploading supplier responses, maintaining valid quotations, and addressing customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Part Numbers: Utilise the database to secure the best cost price for quotations.
- Obtain Quotations: Reach out to suppliers for missing part numbers and negotiate the best possible deals.
- Upload Supplier Responses: Promptly upload supplier responses to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain Valid Quotations: Regularly update quotations for high-running parts to ensure seamless business operations.
- Address Customer Service Issues: Effectively address and report customer service issues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- IT Skills: Proficient in using computer software and systems.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
