Mechanical Engineer Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage the delivery of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legislative requirements are met and that all relevant engineering standards are complied with.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of design, manufacturing and refurbishment projects
Ensure legislative requirements for all manufacturing projects are met
Manage project budgets
Approval of engineering documents including drawings, mechanical and hydraulics calculations and FEA reports
Requirements
Minimum Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng / BSc Hons)
Clear track record of being responsible for the design and delivery of new build equipment, from concept to as built
Capable of carrying out various engineering calculations by hand
Capable of using an FEA software (preferably Autodesk Nastran) to carry out analysis on mechanical components
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management (Meng / MSc)
