Job Title

Health and Safety Administrator

We are recruiting for a Safety Administrator to join our client, a large housing association based in the North East.

The successful candidate will provide efficient support to the Health, Safety, Risk and Assurance Team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date health and safety records are maintained.

This role involves conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures, as well as developing and delivering health and safety training programs.

In collaboration with colleagues, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, utilizing your professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH) and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH) an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on the specific role and location.
