Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Audit Confirmations Administrator to join our team based in Leeds on a fixed-term contract lasting three-four months. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing changes to client data within our core business systems, reconciling data across systems, and identifying duplications. They will also respond to auditor requests on behalf of our global client base.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in written and spoken English, fast data input skills with high accuracy, and experience working in a legal environment. They should also be proficient in MS applications, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple priorities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Process changes to client data within our core business systems
- Reconcile data across systems and identify duplications
- Respond to auditor requests on behalf of our global client base
- Track audit letter requests and initiate the process
- Obtain relevant balances and prepare audit confirmation letters
- Provide professional customer service
