About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Scheme Manager to join our team at Longhurst Group. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for managing our Winterburn Gardens scheme, providing a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheme Management: Oversee the efficient and effective management of the scheme, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident well-being.
  • Resident Support: Provide a calm and attentive response to resident needs, ensuring their welfare and independence are maintained.
  • Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of services, including housing management and maintenance, to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain a strong sense of community among residents, through the facilitation of social events and activities.
  • Communication: Promote effective communication between residents, their families, and Longhurst Group, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
