Household Assistant

The Domestic Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of NHS Lanarkshire premises. Working closely with colleagues, the successful candidate will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. With a focus on delivering high-quality domestic services, this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to achieving excellence.
A key aspect of this position is undertaking on-the-job training and induction to gain full competency across a range of duties. You will also be expected to complete NHS Lanarkshire compulsory training and meet Health Care Support Workers (HCSW) standards. In addition, you will work alongside new staff members to support their integration into the working environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £24,190-£29,880 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a minimum of 27 days annual leave, membership of the NHS Pension Scheme, paid sick leave, and more.
