Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Wisbech. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and product presentation
- Manage inventory levels, reconcile stock, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and execute local marketing plans to drive sales and attract new customers
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a retail leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
