HR Support Specialist

Loveday & Co Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our HR team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and low-level Employee Relations support.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role, a CIPD qualification, and strong administration skills. They will also have experience of using ATS and HRIS systems, such as Harri and HiBob.
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects in relation to the People Strategy. You will also support the Director of People and Culture in ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be efficient, organised, and able to multitask with a sense of accuracy and great attention to detail. They will also have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of seniority.
- Accountable for drafting job descriptions and posting roles on our ATS
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of all our care homes
- Organising interviews with Hiring Managers
- Accountable for drafting all written offers of employment into an employment contract
- Support in the gathering of HR metrics
- Manage the relationship with stakeholders, including hiring managers and external suppliers
- Deliver on ad-hoc projects as allocated
- Support in gathering payroll data each pay period
- Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings
- Complete weekly HOD report
- Assist and manage all absences in line with Bradford Factor
- Support other hotel business areas when their HR Contact is out of the office
- Support the Heads of Departments to actively recruit, screen, and follow Company Procedures
- Maintain and administer our benefits packages
- Working with the L&D Manager, support with the arranging of company inductions
- Manage offboarding process
