About Us

The Aztec Group is a leading provider of fund administration services, and our Trainee Fund Administrator programme is a key part of our success. We are committed to recruiting and developing the best talent in the industry, and our programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to become a leading Fund Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of fund administration, including management company and fund structure administration
  • Support with company secretarial matters, including agenda preparation, board pack collation and distribution, and minute drafting
  • Undertake routine office and clerical tasks as required
  • Prepare and process manual and electronic payment instructions for fund expenses
  • Maintain accurate investor records on our eFront system and process investor changes
  • Assist with routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions

Requirements

  • A desire to study towards a relevant professional qualification, which we will support through our in-house training programme
  • Basic technical knowledge, which we will provide through our Aztec Academy training programme
  • Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills
