About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels - Glasgow. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the high standards of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to ensure that all rooms are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning standards throughout the hotel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel runs smoothly.
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
