Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers in a busy hotel environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the housekeeping team, setting high standards for cleanliness and customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring all rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
- Manage the housekeeping budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency in cleaning standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to improve skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
