Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of housekeepers to ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure that rooms are cleaned to the highest standards
* Provide training and support to housekeepers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track cleaning schedules and procedures
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent required
