Shropshire SEND Learning Support

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in local schools across Shropshire. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in the care sector, with a proven track record of making a significant positive impact on students' lives.
In return for your expertise, you can expect to receive full information prior to bookings, ensuring a confident start to each day. You will also have the opportunity to work with like-minded professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.

About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. If you have experience working with children or adults with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, BSL, SEMH, challenging behavior, mild learning difficulties, speech and language needs, global learning delay, dyscalculia, dyslexia, or dyspraxia, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
• Experience working with SEND children or adults
• References covering the last two years
• Driving license and vehicle preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
