We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Support team as the first point of contact for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving queries about our care records system via live chat, telephone, and support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve support queries via live chat
  • Answer incoming telephone support calls
  • Answer online support tickets
  • Complete all assigned tasks in line with agreed KPIs

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for helping others; an empathetic approach to customers who do not use technology
  • Computer literate with the ability to investigate how something works
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm when under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • An interest in technology & using it to make people's lives easier
  • Knowledge or experience of the Care industry would be an advantage but not essential
