Job Title: Estate Agent Manager Valuer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Estate Agent Manager Valuer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, marketing and selling properties, and building a successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including listing, marketing, and selling properties
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business

Requirements:

  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • DBS check
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
