About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at Fox & Sons, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing, which will enable you to forge a career in the property business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and general business administration tasks.
- Deal with day-to-day customer enquiries, providing excellent customer service and care.
- Register customers and assist them in their search for a home, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Visit properties with customers, providing a seamless viewing experience.
- Canvass for potential business and sales opportunities, identifying new leads and converting them into sales.
- Carry out accompanied viewings with customers, providing a professional and courteous service.
- Earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a career in sales and eager to learn and develop skills.
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer care and customer service.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- Motivated and keen to learn, with a commitment to achieving the Apprenticeship qualification.
- A full UK driving license, with the ability to travel to various locations.
Training and Development:
- Ongoing training and support in the workplace, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge.
- Work towards achieving a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification, with virtual learning platform support and 1-2-1 skills coaching.
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English can be supported if not already achieved.
- Successful completion of the Apprenticeship may entitle you to student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
