Real Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Real Estate Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers and sellers, participating in comprehensive training programs, and ensuring punctuality and preparedness to complete all necessary tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with individuals in our database to identify potential buyers and sellers
  • Participate in our training programs to enhance skills and maximize earning potential
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Conduct open houses in accordance with pre- and post-promotion guidelines
  • Negotiate real estate contracts on behalf of buyers, following team guidance and support
Qualifications:
  • Submission of a complete scholarship application with a personal video
  • Qualification to obtain a real estate license, including a background check
  • Reliable transportation and car insurance
  • Residency in the Twin Cities Metro area
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain a real estate license within 90 days
Compensation:

$50,000+ per year
