Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Bighornlaw. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for showing homes to potential buyers in the Twin Cities Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Show homes in the Twin Cities Area to potential buyers
  • Assist our busy team of buyer agents with field service and showing
  • Push listings to buyers from the office or your home when applicable
  • Follow the Showing Agent process with the Sales Agent and Showing Team
  • Available to hold open houses as needed
  • Additional administrative tasks for the team as needed

Measurables:

  • Sell 1 home per week as a showing agent
  • Schedule available for 2-3 showings/week minimum

Qualifications:

  • Valid MN driver's license, reliable car, proof of insurance
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Able to communicate with clients and provide top-notch service to them
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car

Compensation:

$20 hourly + Commission
