Your Journey:

Your journey as a Sales Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. You'll receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.

What You'll Do:
  • Market properties to potential home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
