Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our Contingent Talent team at Career Moves Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly, allowing the team to focus on finding top talent to fill roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate files and ensure compliance
  • Run background checks and upload job roles to the CRM system
  • Write and post job adverts, and manage onboarding and offboarding duties for candidates
  • Carry out right to work checks and respond to candidate queries
  • Ensure accurate filing of active and inactive candidates, and archive those no longer seeking employment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months admin/co-ordination/reception experience in a recruitment/HR/sales/customer service environment
  • Strong MS Office skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in dealing with individuals at various levels of seniority, and ability to prioritize tasks with ease

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience leading onboarding/offboarding duties
