Your Key Responsibilities:

  • • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • • Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through table service.
  • • Ensure every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • • Deliver food and drinks to guests with a smile and ensure everything is to their satisfaction.
  • • Assist with seating arrangements and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
  • • Handle payments and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • • Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • • Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

  • • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
