About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Slim Chickens Ashford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through table service.
  • Ensure every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests with a smile and ensure everything is to their satisfaction.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle payments and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
