Key Accounts Manager

Ocean Network Express is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and delivering premium services.
You will work closely with our Key Account Executives to provide insights into service performance, quality, and other valuable data. You will also act as an escalation point for cases that cannot be resolved by our Customer Care team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to actively cooperate with stakeholders in a highly professional and efficient manner. They will also be familiar with Google platforms, Excel, Gmail, and PowerPoint.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will support ONE's digital transformation by utilising and promoting our e-commerce platform and self-service tools.
We estimate this role to pay £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
