**Job Summary**

We are looking for a fully qualified solicitor, CILEx, or an experienced private client practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex legal issues clearly, provide excellent client service with a friendly approach, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development. They should possess high standards of integrity, be organised and efficient, and have a desire to lead a department while contributing to business development efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, basic trusts work, and general elderly client advice
* Communicate complex legal issues clearly to clients
* Provide excellent client service with a friendly approach
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development
* Possess high standards of integrity, be organised and efficient
