About the Role

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our team in Sheffield. As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisory firm in providing expert financial advice to businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial research and analysis using advanced tools and software, including Selectapension and FE Analytics.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports using Genovo report writing software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and verify information provided by administrative staff, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Liaise with the administrative team to gather missing information and assist with business submissions as needed.
  • Utilize Intelliflo back office system for client management and record-keeping, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for various investment vehicles, including ISAs and general investment accounts, to our clients.
  • Challenge advisers on file notes or recommendation proposals that appear unsuitable, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
  • Communicate with our compliance team regarding any concerns about advice suitability, upholding our high standards.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in Paraplanning, with strong skills in Pensions and Retirement Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Pension products and regulations, ensuring compliance and expertise.
  • Proficiency in using systems such as Intelliflow, FE Analytics, and Genovo, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
