**Role Overview**
At StartMonday, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities in a specialist children's home in Herne Bay.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives
* Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and independence
* Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
**Requirements:**
