">We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Professional to join our team in Nelson, East Lancashire. As an Academic English Mentor, you will provide individual support to students with potential behavioural issues in a medium to large sized primary school.
">- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored numeracy and literacy plans for students.
- Build positive relationships with students as a role model, promoting engagement and motivation.
- Monitor behaviour in line with school policy, working collaboratively with the school community to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this role is £55 per hour, dependent on experience and confirmed hours (8:15am – 3:30pm). As a registered candidate with Teaching Personnel, you will receive FREE child protection and prevent duty training.
">In addition to a competitive salary, you will also benefit from enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Excellent facilities, including an internal Inclusion centre providing outstanding provisions for all students, make this a highly desirable opportunity.
