About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide practical assistance with daily tasks
  • Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care
