Job Title: Care Assistant for Mornings

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team for morning visits. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship: Engage with clients in meaningful social interactions, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with everyday tasks: Help with meal preparation, light housework, and other essential activities to maintain clients' independence.
  • Accompany clients: Support them with appointments, shopping, and other activities, promoting their social inclusion.
  • Personal care: Provide essential care, such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, to maintain clients' physical health and dignity.

Requirements:

We require our Care Assistants to have a full Driver's License and access to suitable transport due to the area covered.
