Job Title: Internal IT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal IT Engineer to join our team at Partnerize. As an Internal IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain our IT systems, including infrastructure, applications, and security.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and MDM/UEM systems.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Service Management Tools.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting languages.
  • Experience with asset management and stock control.
  • Good understanding of office networks and VPN services.
  • Knowledge of end-user and device security policies and framework.
