Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance in a commercial building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance
- Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the building's mechanical services
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- Conduct PPMs (Predictive Maintenance) on pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment

Requirements:

- City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing and Mechanical Services
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
