About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our mobile team, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services to our clients across Essex, Hertfordshire, and the North M25 region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Identify and repair defective equipment, isolating problems and taking corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Install and test electrical systems and associated equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external customers to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
  • Participate in the on-call system, responding to emergency calls and providing support as required.
  • Contribute to the development of estimates and quotations for electrical maintenance and repair services.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 3rd Edition qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
