About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled team leader to join our Highways Technical Support Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing a small team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior managers to develop new policies and methods of working, ensuring compliance with standing orders, financial regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day functions, prioritise work, and meet conflicting deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyse and collate data to provide accurate management information and produce reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements
