This highly skilled Highway engineering professional will provide specialised expertise in highway capital maintenance, involving providing technical guidance and support in the planning, design, and execution of maintenance projects. Key responsibilities include assessing road conditions, determining appropriate maintenance strategies, and ensuring that all projects are carried out efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a background in Construction, Engineering, Highways or a related field, with a relevant degree such as Civil Engineering. A full UK driving licence is also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff, contractors, and subcontractors, as well as leading project teams. Strong organisation skills, project management abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £46,464, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work from home.
