As a Business Administration Expert with NVQ Assessor, you will work closely with apprentices and their employers to plan and conduct End Point Assessments in the learner's workplace.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule assessments and ensure timely completion
  • Carry out assessment activities, including face-to-face and electronic evaluations
  • Make informed decisions against a recognized assessment plan
  • Complete IT and paper-based report documents accurately
  • Provide constructive feedback and grading for assessments
  • Confirm grades and pass/fail judgments on a range of work-based evidence

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

To be successful as an Assessment Professional, you will have current professional experience in the Business Administration sector. As a Level 2 Business Administration team leader/manager and qualified Assessor (Level 2 / IQA), you should also possess:

  • Knowledge of IQA assessment processes and observations
  • Experience in professional discussions and reviewing learners' showcase of evidence
  • Ability to work autonomously within an operating framework
  • Awareness of learner difficulties, disabilities, and social needs
