Assistant Home Manager Job Summary:

The Assistant Home Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager in maintaining the high standards of care and efficiency at Osbourne Court. This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, including supervision of staff, management of medications, and development of training programs.

Key Tasks:
  • Directly supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Assume responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective training programs for staff.
  • Ensure accurate recording, administration, and disposal of medications within the home.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal staffing levels to meet the changing needs of residents.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification required.
  • Desirable: prior experience in dementia care.

As an Assistant Home Manager, you can expect a competitive annual salary of £34,250, commensurate with your level of experience.
