**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Support Assistant to join our team at Class Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with students with social, emotional, and mental health related difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teaching staff in maintaining a positive learning environment, managing behaviour, and assisting students with their academic progress.

This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and resilience. The ability to build supportive relationships with students and staff is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support teaching staff in maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Manage behaviour and provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Assist students with their academic progress and development
  • Develop and maintain supportive relationships with students and staff

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of patience and resilience

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is £24,077 - £24,077 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including:
