About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the home is run efficiently and effectively, meeting all regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the home's vision and strategy

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
