Job Overview

Austin Fraser is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead our care services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to delivering exceptional care.

As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that care plans are implemented and updated regularly.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a residential/nursing home setting, including dementia care, and knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding principles.

You will also have excellent time management and communication skills, which will enable you to work under pressure and deliver exceptional service.
