Deputy Care Director Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Care Director to join our Merco Recruitment team. Estimated salary: £15.36 per hour, plus a 10% quarterly bonus based on SMART objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to the Home Manager, shaping care policies and procedures.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices in care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or above.
  • At least five years' experience in senior roles within residential care settings, including dementia care.
  • Proven track record of leadership and innovation in care delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
