Senior Business Development Manager, DACH

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and self-sourced leads
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to assess sales potential
- Closing new business and install base sales at or above quota on a monthly cadence
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives
- Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy and leverage new features and products
- Run online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase HubSpot's solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in complex selling environments
- Presentation and pitching skills to C-level executives
- Pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Goal-oriented with a track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets
- Training and/or certification in a standardized sales method (Sandler)
