Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take charge of our projects in Chesterfield, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and control over costs.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures, adhering to budget constraints and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry, showcasing expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation Package: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
