Recovery Theatre Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Theatre Nurse Specialist to join our Theatre department at Springfield Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the recovery area.
Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality patient care in the recovery area, ensuring safe and efficient transfer of patients from theatre to ward.
- To work closely with the theatre team to ensure seamless transitions and excellent communication.
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC registration
- Recovery experience
- ALS would be desirable, but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
