About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to our multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients
  • Develop and implement effective clinical practice and leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve hospital-wide goals and objectives
  • Manage and oversee the work of our clinical teams, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' managerial experience
  • Significant experience of leading teams and/or senior practice-based work
  • Experience of interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances
  • Partnership working with other statutory and voluntary agencies
  • Experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care
  • Experience of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level
