Specialty Doctor – Rehabilitation

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Doctor to join our innovative Rehabilitation team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.
The successful candidate will provide psychiatric care to patients referred to the Rehabilitation Service, working alongside a Consultant Psychiatrist to deliver a comprehensive care programme.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychiatric care to patients with complex needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies to enhance patient care
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Person Specification
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise
- Experience in core psychiatry training programme
- Good clinical skills, knowledge, and communication skills
