Job Title: Senior Engineer
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead our team in the delivery of a high-profile data centre project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing reinforced concrete (RC) works and groundworks.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of RC works and groundworks, including site inspections, progress assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for leading a team of engineers and construction professionals, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in senior engineering roles and a passion for delivering complex engineering solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of RC works and groundworks for the data centre project.
- Lead a team of engineers and construction professionals, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and assess progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all construction work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless construction process.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site operatives.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, progress documentation, and risk assessments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior engineering role, with a focus on RC works and groundworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete and groundworks.
