IT Infrastructure Strategist

AerFin is an aviation company that buys, sells, leases, and repairs aircraft, engines, and parts. We are looking for a skilled IT professional to lead our IT infrastructure team.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£80,000 per year, depending on experience.

As the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and scalability of IT services to support business operations and growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker and technical leader with deep expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud services, networking, security, and team leadership.

You will develop and implement infrastructure strategies, manage the infrastructure team, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and implement training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
• Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across infrastructure services, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of network services.
